Crafted from a single solid piece of reclaimed New Zealand rimu, this wall art celebrates the distinctive designs of New Zealand’s classic decimal coins.

The timber was salvaged from a central Christchurch building that was damaged and subsequently demolished following the February 2011 earthquake. Formerly used as display shelving, each piece is made without laminating or jointing, preserving the beauty and history of the original rimu.

Choose from the 1 cent, 2 cent, 5 cent, 10 cent, 20 cent or 50 cent design. Detailed laser engraving brings the familiar imagery of each coin to life on the timber.

Each piece measures approximately 240 mm in diameter and 18 mm deep and is supplied gift boxed, ready to give—or to keep for yourself.

Natural timber varies in colour and grain, making every piece unique.
